Use the email that you provided us when you first signed up, and click “forgot password" if logging for the first time.
You will be emailed a link to reset/create your password, and can log in to your existing account with us!
Tuition is based on 10 months(summer excluded). It benefits you to stay enrolled for the full 10 months.

Refunds- There will be no refunds, credit to your account will be given for illness or injury per management. Medical note should be provided.

Tuition is monthly, based on 38 classes from September through June.
Cards will be run on or around on the 5th of the month.
Once enrolled , you stay enrolled every month . If you wish to unenroll, you must unenroll by the first of the month via email . (Info@a2gc.com) If you do not un enroll by the first of the month you will be charged for that month.
We ask that you try to stay in your seat through out the class, and avoid standing up at windows.
Sanitizing will still be done upon entry into the gym.
We will continue to review the guidelines frequently and will update as needed, and will communicate any revisions as they occur.
General Information regarding our programs:
Family discounts will be offered. For a family that has multiple children enrolled:
- 10% discount (will apply on the lesser tuition of the second child)
- 20% discount will be given to the third child (and each child thereafter)
For a student that has enrolled in more than one class, a 20% discount will be given for the second class.
Missed Recreational Classes/Make-Ups:
Missed classes have no cash value, and pro-rating is only offered from the time that your child begins in a session, if he/she does not begin at the start of the month. Your tuition pays for a class spot regardless of attendance, however as a courtesy, we do offer make-ups for up to one (1) missed class per a month, when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of any class. Make-ups absolutely need to be scheduled in advance and made up during the month that classes are missed, unless arrangements are made with management. There are no refunds.
Make-ups will be available for missed classes and for days that the gym is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather/power outages). The class must be made up within the current month and must be scheduled at the time of notification. Missed make-ups may not be rescheduled.
In case of inclement weather, we do our best with notification on our Facebook page, and email. Please call the gym one hour before class time for weather cancellations.
Competitive Team athletes should refer to their program director, coaches or team handbook regarding discounts, missed practices, and cancellation policies.
Facility Rules and Policies:
Please dress your child appropriately to participate in his/her class or practice. Bare feet are always recommended, except for our cheerleading and tumbling programs. For cheerleading and tumbling, cheer sneakers can be worn given that they are clean and not worn outdoors.
Please remove all jewelry (with the exception of small earrings) and tie back long hair prior to entering. Leotards are the preferred attire but fitted shorts and/or t-shirts are acceptable. Please do not wear street shoes on the gym floor (this also applies to parents participating in mommy and me classes).
Drop-Off / Pick-Up / Parking:
For the welfare and safety of your child, we prefer that parents come in to the facility to drop off or pick up their child for class, unless a staff person is visibly present at the front door and is able to assist with the drop-off or pick up. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if someone other than you is picking up your child.
Athletes will only be allowed to be picked up at the front door, and should not exit on their own and walk through the parking lot to locate a parent/car, regardless of age.
Please drive slowly in the parking area upon entering and exiting for your class. Please refrain from parking along the grass on the parking spot side, you run the risk at being backed into by people parked in the parking spots.
We also ask that all of our families use a one-way traffic pattern in the parking lot. Please drive with the gym entrance on your driver's left. We are not the only business in the building so cannot dictate what others do, but we hope that our families can honor this request.
Food / Drink / Gum:
In an effort to maintain a clean and pleasant facility, we ask that no food or drink (other than items children need for class/practice) is allowed in the gym. Chewing gum is forbidden and needs to be discarded prior to entering the gym.
