· Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of each month using the payment method on file.
· Your child’s enrollment reserves a spot in class each month.
· Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.
Our tuition is calculated based on the total number of classes offered throughout the year and is divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience. Once enrolled, your child will remain enrolled each month until written notice is received.
If you wish to withdraw from a class:
· Withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to Info@a2gc.com at least one week before the first day of the upcoming month.
· If withdrawal is not received before the new month begins, tuition for that month will still be charged.

· Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

· Wee Nastics and Pre-Nastics classes do not offer traditional make-up classes.
· Families may attend one scheduled Open Gymas a complimentary make-up when available.
