This version creates one comprehensive Advanced Recreational curriculum that allows gymnasts to progress from Level 5 skills into Level 6 skills while keeping the format consistent with your Beginner and Intermediate Recreational skill sheets. It also aligns well with a year-round recreational program where athletes advance at their own pace.

Here's a combined Beginner/Intermediate Tumbling curriculum that flows naturally from foundational skills into intermediate progressions.

Beginner/Intermediate Tumbling Skills

  • Forward rolls
  • Backward rolls
  • Lunge to handstand
  • Handstand holds
  • Baby cartwheels

  • Tuck jumps and straight jumps
  • Bridge and backbend holds

  • Bridge walkovers (assisted)
  • Front limber
  • Snap-down rebounds
  • Round-off to rebound

This combined list gives students a clear progression from basic body control and flexibility through foundational tumbling skills, preparing them for your Advanced Tumbling class. It also matches the style of your Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Recreational skills sheets.

Advanced Tumbling Skills

  • Round-off back handspring
  • Standing back handspring progression
  • Multiple back handspring connections
  • Front handspring step-out
  • Front tuck preparation
  • Punch front to rebound
  • Round-off back handspring to layout drills
  • Layout shaping and snap-down drills
  • Connected tumbling passes

This curriculum focuses on developing powerful, connected tumbling while emphasizing proper technique, body control, and preparation for higher-level flipping and twisting skills
